Our integrated cyclone-dewatering screen system combines a high-efficiency hydrocyclone with a robust dewatering screen and a powerful slurry pump. It is widely used in industries such as sand processing, mining, aggregate production, coal preparation, and mineral beneficiation, where recovery of fine materials and water removal is essential.

The sand-water mixture enters the screen box where coarse particles settle. Fine particles and muddy water overflow into a tank and are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged through the underflow nozzle and distributed onto the screen for final dewatering alongside the coarse sand. This system ensures high recovery efficiency and improved product quality.
