High Efficiency Fine Sand Recovery System Integrated Cyclone Dewatering System
Our integrated cyclone-dewatering screen system combines a high-efficiency hydrocyclone with a robust dewatering screen and a powerful slurry pump. It is widely used in industries such as sand processing, mining, aggregate production, coal preparation, and mineral beneficiation.
The system combines a cyclone cluster, a dewatering screen, and a slurry pump. Sand-water mixture enters the screen box; coarse sand moves to the dewatering section while fine particles are pumped to the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged and distributed onto the screen for final dewatering.
