Working Principle

Our integrated system combines a cyclone cluster, a dewatering screen, and a slurry pump to efficiently recover fine sand. The sand-water mixture enters the screen box, where coarse and medium sand settle and move into the dewatering section. Fine particles and muddy water overflow into a water tank and are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. This system ensures high recovery efficiency, reduced fine sand loss, and improved product quality.
