High Frequency Advanced Technology Dewatering Screen for Sand and Gravel Plants
The series Dewatering Screen is engineered to remove water or other liquids from materials in industries such as sand production, coal, metallurgy, mining, and recycling. It is ideal for dewatering, desliming, or recovery of medium and fine-grained materials for downstream processes or product quality enhancement.



The linear dewatering screen operates based on the principle of self-synchronization. Two identical eccentric blocks rotate in opposite directions, generating a synchronized excitation force. This results in a unidirectional excitation force that drives the screen box to perform a reciprocating linear motion, effectively achieving dewatering and material separation.
Dewatering screens are specialized equipment engineered to efficiently remove excess moisture from materials. They play a critical role in industries where reducing water content is essential for further processing or transportation.
