Our integrated cyclone-dewatering screen system combines a high-efficiency hydrocyclone with a robust dewatering screen and a powerful slurry pump. It is widely used in industries such as sand processing, mining, aggregate production, coal preparation, and mineral beneficiation, where recovery of fine materials and water removal is essential.



Working Principle: Our integrated system combines a cyclone cluster, a dewatering screen, and a slurry pump to efficiently recover fine sand. The sand-water mixture enters the screen box, where coarse and medium sand settle. Fine particles overflow into a water tank and are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged onto the screen for final dewatering. This system ensures high recovery efficiency, reduced fine sand loss, and improved product quality.
