The integrated cyclone-dewatering screen system combines a high-efficiency hydrocyclone with a robust dewatering screen and a powerful slurry pump. It is widely used in sand processing, mining, aggregate production, coal preparation, and mineral beneficiation.



The system uses a cyclone cluster, dewatering screen, and slurry pump. The sand-water mixture enters the screen box for initial settling. Fine particles are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged through the underflow nozzle and distributed back onto the screen for final dewatering. This ensures high recovery efficiency and improved product quality.
