Working Principle

The sand-water mixture enters the screen box, where coarse and medium sand settle and move into the dewatering section. Fine particles and muddy water overflow into a water tank and are pumped into the cyclone for centrifugal separation. Recovered fine sand is discharged through the underflow nozzle and evenly distributed onto the screen for final dewatering. This system ensures high recovery efficiency, reduced fine sand loss, and improved product quality.
