Working Principle

The linear dewatering screen operates based on the principle of self-synchronization. Two identical eccentric blocks rotate in opposite directions, generating a synchronized excitation force. This results in a unidirectional excitation force that drives the screen box to perform a reciprocating linear motion, effectively achieving dewatering and material separation.
