A cement silo is a closed silo used for storing bulk materials. It mainly consists of a cylinder, lid, bottom, and supporting legs. The cylinder is generally cylindrical, with good sealing properties to effectively prevent material from getting damp. Silo top is equipped with a dust collector and a pressure relief valve. The dust collector reduces dust emissions, protects the environment, and minimizes cement loss; the safety valve releases pressure in case of abnormal pressure inside the silo, ensuring silo safety. Cement can be fed into the silo using a bucket elevator, and the bottom of the silo is equipped with a truck unloading device for convenient unloading. Various unloading methods are available, such as pneumatic or electric control. This is the optimal configuration for cement loading, unloading, storage, and transfer.
