Octagonlock Standard: Mainly supports and connects the entire system. We utilize Q355 high-strength materials and 10mm or 8mm thickness octagon disks. The standard includes a 90mm connector to ensure straight alignment during multi-level assembly. Hot-dip galvanization provides superior protection against rust and corrosion.
Octagonlock Ledger: Crucial for connecting standards and bearing structural strength. Made with Q235 raw materials and weld casting ledger heads, featuring a 6mm wedge pin for secure fixing. Available in multiple lengths (300mm to 1800mm+) to meet specific project requirements while guaranteeing safety.
Process: Pipe Cutting → Welding → Galvanizing & Packing
Material is securely packed by bundle or steel pallet as requested to ensure safe sea transport.
