Asphalt Additives Asphalt Mix With Anti Rutting Performance is one of the commonly used materials in asphalt road projects. It enhances the surface performance of the aggregate to resist road ruts and extends the service life of the pavement.

ZTA-RA Anti Rutting Asphalt Additives are directly added into the asphalt mixing plant. This modifier improves both high-temperature and low-temperature performance of the asphalt mixture. The application involves direct mixing with aggregate and bitumen. The recommended mixing temperature is 175ºC±5ºC, with a suggested dosage of 0.2%-0.4% of the asphalt mixture mass.

ZTA-RA improves dynamic stability, water stability, and durability while preventing aging. It increases adhesion between bitumen and minerals and can replace SMA mixtures without requiring extra fibers or SBS, ultimately decreasing bitumen usage while improving intensity.
