Roller presses are a new type of energy-saving cement grinding equipment. Employing bed-based grinding technology, they integrate roller presses, dispersing, grading, drying, and powder selection into a single grinding system.
Due to the change in grinding principle, the roller press and its grinding system technology reduce power consumption by 50-100% and increase output by 100-300%.
The resulting material cake contains 20-35% fine particles (0.08mm) and 65-85% particles smaller than 20mm, significantly improving grindability through micro-cracks created during compression.
